Three ways we take work off your desk

Take one or take all three. Same team either way, one person to call, one invoice.

Hiring

Licensed producers, recruited and screened

We recruit life and health agents, verify the license, call references, and put only qualified producers on your interview calendar. You hire and contract them directly.

Packages from $999

Virtual assistants

Trained back-office support

A dedicated assistant for CRM work, quoting, applications, carrier follow-up and renewals — so your producers stay on the phone instead of on paperwork.

From $2,500 a month

Appointment setting

Qualified appointments on your calendar

Qualified appointments placed directly onto your producers' calendars, confirmed and ready to be worked. You buy by the week and scale up or down as you need.

From $299 a week

Filling one producer desk, two ways

You don't have a recruiting problem. You have a sorting problem. Ninety applicants land for one desk and most of them have never held a license.

On your own

The month you were going to spend selling

  1. Week 1 Post on Indeed and ZipRecruiter, pay to keep it sponsored
  2. Week 1–2 Read ninety applications, most unlicensed or out of state
  3. Week 2 Chase phone numbers that go straight to voicemail
  4. Week 2 Half the booked interviews don't show
  5. Week 3 Look up license status yourself, one NPN at a time
  6. Week 4 Start over — the one you wanted signed with another agency

With Care4Staffing

The month you spend on your book

  1. Day 1 One call: the product line, the states, the split, the schedule
  2. Day 2–3 Nothing. We run the ads and work our own producer pool
  3. Day 3 Nothing. We verify the license and call the references
  4. Day 4 Interviews appear on your calendar with a written summary
  5. Day 5 You interview producers who are licensed and ready to contract
  6. Ongoing We keep recruiting until the desk is filled

How it works

Four steps. Only two of them need anything from you.

1

You brief us once

Thirty minutes. Product line, states, resident or non-resident licenses, comp structure, hours, and what your best current producer looks like. We write it down so you never explain it twice.

2

We recruit and screen

We run the ads, work our own producer pool, and read every application that comes in. License and NPN checked, product lines confirmed, references called, and a live phone screen. A producer who can't hold a phone conversation can't hold a client.

3

We fill your calendar

Interviews, sales appointments, or both. Each one booked directly with a written summary attached. We send the reminders, confirm the day before, and re-book anyone who misses.

4

You hire and you sell

You interview, you make the offer, and you contract them under your own agency and carriers. We're never in the middle, and we never touch the commission.

Who we recruit

Life and health only. We'd rather know four desks properly than pretend we can fill every job in America.

Medicare

MA, Med Supp and PDP producers

Telesales and field agents for AEP and year-round SEP work. We ask about certification history, dialer and CRM experience, and how many applications they actually wrote last season.

Health

ACA and under-65 health agents

Marketplace-experienced producers for open enrollment and special enrollment volume, including bilingual Spanish agents, who we screen live in both languages.

Life

Final expense, term and IUL

Telesales closers and field producers, screened on close rate, average premium, chargeback history, and whether they've worked leads or self-generated.

Support

Assistants, setters and CSRs

Virtual assistants, appointment setters, licensed CSRs and retention callers who keep your producers on the phone instead of on paperwork.

What we check before you meet anyone

Anyone can forward a résumé. What you're paying for is everything that gets filtered out first. Here's the list every candidate runs through.

License and NPNConfirmed active, in the lines and states the role needs.
Carrier appointmentsWhich carriers they hold, and what would need releasing.
Production historyWhat they actually wrote last year, and on which lead source.
Live phone screenA real conversation, scored the way you'd score a sales call.
Home office setupHard-wired internet, quiet room, headset, second monitor.
ReferencesTwo called, not collected — usually a prior upline or sales manager.
Schedule and comp fitConfirmed against your hours and split before booking, so nobody wastes the call.
Genuine interestReconfirmed the day before. It's why the show rate holds up.

Questions agency owners ask

Do the producers work for you or for us?
For you. We don't employ them, don't contract them, and don't take any part of their commission. You hire, you contract them under your agency, and you own the relationship and the book.
Are they already licensed?
Yes, unless you tell us otherwise. We confirm an active license in the lines and states you need before anyone reaches your calendar. If you run your own pre-licensing program and want unlicensed candidates with sales backgrounds, we'll recruit for that instead — just say so on the first call.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
We agree the criteria with you before we start — state, age band, product interest, eligibility, and anything else that matters to your agency. An appointment only counts if it meets those criteria and the prospect has confirmed the time.
What happens if an appointment doesn't show?
We re-book it. We confirm every appointment the day before, and if the prospect still doesn't show, that slot gets replaced within the same week's volume.
Where do the virtual assistants sit?
They work remotely on your hours and your systems, reporting to whoever you nominate. We handle recruitment, supervision and cover — you get one person, not a rotating pool.
What if we interview and don't like anyone?
You say no and we keep recruiting. The package pays for the desk being worked, not for a set number of introductions. Tell us what was wrong with the shortlist and the next one gets closer.
How long before the first interview or appointment?
For common desks with a clear brief, usually a few business days. Narrow license and state combinations take longer, and we'd rather tell you that on the first call than promise a number we can't hit.

Thirty minutes, and you'll know

Bring us the desk you're trying to fill. By the end of the call you'll know whether we can fill it, how fast, and what it costs. No slide deck, no discovery process, no three-stage sales funnel.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern. Outside those hours, leave a message or use the form and you'll hear back the next business morning.

Talk to us

Pick up the phone. We answer it.

No gatekeeper, no ticket number, no chatbot. Call during business hours and you get a person who knows the difference between a 2-15 and a 2-40, and who can tell you in about five minutes whether we can fill your desk.
